Global Engagement
Dr. MacDonald has been involved globally through the Dean’s Global Leadership Program, accompanying students to Rome and working with the United Nations – Food and Agriculture Organization on food waste and food value chain projects. She also has presented at numerous international conferences and academic meetings in China, France, India, Japan, and Korea.
